A Merry Little Christmas Wedding – The Sassy Space 2010 – Sassy Mouth Photography – Connecticut Wedding Photographer
So..I didn’t have any Christmas wedding’s this year…I KNOW SAD FACE!!! Anyways, good news is, I’m resourceful, and in a few short days my sister (Sass the Date!) and I put together this pretty little one. Using some of our own Christmas stuff, some new things, her adorable kids that are pretty much stars on this blog now, and FAB florals from HGK DESIGNS beautiful hair and makeup from Kayle from Salon Alexander in New Britain, (and also a part of their traveling Beauty Entourage!!)..we were on our way. Thank goodness my brother’s girlfriend Allie is beautiful, and one of the original Sassy Mouth Models!! And I definitely love her in her mother’s beautiful wedding dress..whats a fly chick her mom is to have picked out such a beautiful timeless style 30 years ago!
And here we have it..our Merry Little Christmas Wedding! Ohh and Im off until the 27th!! Merry Merry Christmas to you and yours!!! Enjoy!

Vasti + Albert : Engagement Shoot, Hartford, Connecticut
Oh we froze a little!!! Yes, the wind was whipping, the chill was in the air, winter is here guys!! BUT good news in, these two are fantastic, total troopers. A nice guy in the Webster Memorial Building let us come in and warm up, snap a few photos by the tree, and The Russell served as a fab backdrop for a few hot cha cha pictures. When it all comes down to it, Albert and Vasti are pretty fantastic, and we made some photo magic. Thanks to my brother Chaz for his sweet assistant skills. Enjoy!!
The Sassy Space {Holly Jolly Edition 2010} Sassy Mouth Photography, Meriden, CT
Oh we are all decked out for holiday photoshoots in The Sassy Space! Fabulous! Here are some photo’s of the decorating skills going on down there. Its a mixture of old, and new, lots of ornaments from my tree made it down there, and things I didnt really know what to do with upstairs (the wreaths at the top of the doors, a wall hanging tree that is now between my office and the living room) and a few new things (the mantle decor is all new, the wreath over the fireplace is hand crafted by TJ one night, watching Glee and drinking wine. Good times.). But it is a work of love, and in my ongoing domestication effort, sort of like my first quarter report card. Maybe a pop quiz. No, Christmas is pretty big, it was like a project for a good chunk of my grade. Lol. Good news is, things are looking good. Enjoy!

Natasha + Paul Engagement Shoot : Karabin Farms, Southington, CT
Natasha, Paul and I (and Tj too..lol) bonded on Sunday afternoon. I would have to say the most during our wagon ride out to the main Christmas Tree field. We almost lost Tj, it was close, but he made it through. They are adorable, can’t wait till the wedding.
Enjoy!

This year Sumo makes his grand entrance, and they are quite the family. And Sumo is the pony whisperer..So here are a few from our fun on Sunday at Karabin Tree Farm in Southington.

1st Annual Sassy Powderpuff Game: November 24, 2010, City Park – Meriden, Connecticut
So, I guess I have to start with Crystal. She is awesome, and my sister is planning her wedding (called Sass the Date click here for more information on that!!!)and I get to photograph it in September. But she is really awesome..not even kidding, I want to marry her myself. Sooo she wrote on the facebook that her high school has a Powderpuff Game now (you know, girls play football, boys cheerlead for them) and she felt a little jipped. Then why don’t we have one ourselves? There is a park right outside, not kidding, I live on Park Avenue for a reason. And the Wednesday before Thanksgiving seemed like as good a time as any. We didn’t exactly have an army, but we had a damn good time, and the people that showed put their all into it…plus we looked fabulous. My mom gets over half the credit for these photos, she got all the action shots..and all the pictures I am in…
And I did play Powderpuff at Maloney, for about 30 seconds..so I still had my jersey. I knew I keep everything for a reason. So here it is, spread the word, pass it on, I want to see you all there next year!!!
My husband may have found his calling as a referee. Or at least a new hobby. ©Sassy Mouth Photography
